70cl / 40% - Vesper is a special cuvee from Delamain, with the Cognacs used all coming from the Grande Champagne area and having an average age of around 35 years old. After assemblage, the blend is returned to oak casks for a further two years to marry. A dense, rich Cognac showing plenty of leather and tobacco flavours.
70cl / 40% - Delamain is a well regarded Cognac house, whose house style is about elegance and subtlety rather than out-and-out power. This is an old bottling of the now defunct Tres Vieux Cognac de Grande Champagne, which was the predecessor of Delamain Tres Venerable.
70cl / 40% - This 30-year-old Cognac was made by Delamain in 1988 from a single harvest and matured in French oak until it was bottled in 2018. Rich and nutty, it has notes of apricot, apple, roasted almonds and hazelnuts throughout the palate, with a slightly smoky hint of tobacco.
70cl / 43% - A Grand Champagne Cognac from Delamain's Ancestral collection that offers aromas of summer flowers and vanilla, complemented by notes of rich fruit, liquorice and vanilla throughout the palate. Try serving this Cognac as a digestif or as an accompaniment to a Creme Brulee.
50cl / 42% - Made with a blend of eaux-de-vie from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne town of Bellevigne, Delamain Pale & Dry Centenaire is a fruity, floral XO Cognac with notes of peonies, apricots, orange and vanilla throughout the palate.
